Their already impressive CNC manufacturing capabilities are expanding even more due to explosive growth and reinvestment in their facility, and they are looking for a new Process Engineer to join the team to continue their climb to the top!
Job Description- Develop and implement process improvements for CNC lathe operations to enhance production efficiency
- Analyze production data to identify areas for optimization and ensure quality standards are met
- Create and maintain documentation for manufacturing processes and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve workflow
- Train and mentor production staff on best practices and new technologies
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all manufacturing processes
- Support the introduction of new equipment and technologies into the manufacturing environment
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to CNC lathe operations

The Successful ApplicantA successful Process Engineer should have:
- Expertise in CNC lathe operations and manufacturing processes, ideally on Okuma lathes
- Strong MasterCAM programming skillset
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in using technical software and tools for process analysis
- Engineering degree preferred but not required
